Refund Policy

Any cancellation from registration up until 45 days from the event will incur a $ 15. 00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from 45 days from the event up until 7 days to the event will incur a $ 50 cancellation fee. Cancellations and refunds in the last 7 days prior to the event are at the sole discretion of the De Chair and De Registrar

Indemnity Policy

Participants acknowledge that Ohio Valley Region PCA driving events entail known and unanticipated risks that could result in damage to the participant, to property or to third parties, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death. The participant understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the driving event. Participation in this event is purely voluntary; the participant expressly agrees to accept and assume all associated risks and elects to participate in spite of the risks

Entry Fees

DE Student - Saturday & Sunday - $430.00

Please note that for newer students you will have an instructor in your car

Instructor - 2 Day Sat & Sun -$75.00

Instructor 3 days -$260.00

Solo 3-day student -$575.00

This is for advanced drivers. those must have had at least 10 event weekends preferably at least 4 at Mid-Ohio

Solo DE Student - Fri only $350.00

Advanced Solo must have run at least 10 prior de events, preferably at least 4 at Mid-Ohio

Misc. Eveny Option

Garage $260.00

This option should ONLY be selected by those who had a garage at Mid-Ohio in June 2021 If you have questions regarding this option or want to inquire if any garages are available please send an email to Registrar Dennis Okin dennisokin@gmail.com or call me at 513-300-5076 BEFORE registering AND paying for a garage.
