Registration is now open at ClubRegistration.net Cutoff for reservations will be October 20th, just two weeks from the actual event.

We are pleased to announce that we have scheduled our Annual Membership Party event for Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Horsepower Farms located in Middletown Ohio. Those of you who have attended their monthly cars and coffee events will be familiar with the facility. There is secure substantial parking on site. For the party we have arranged for the large barn, which will accommodate 200 persons.

Two Women in a Kitchen will be catering using Stations: Appetizer Grazing, Salad Bar, 2 Dining Options and a Dessert Station. There will be plenty to choose from whatever your dietary choices.

Coffee, Tea plus some soft drinks and a light selection of beers will be provided. This is a B.Y.O.B. allowed facility so you may bring your personal selections of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

We will be hosting a diverse selection for the charity auction to benefit Horsepower Farms’ preferred charities. The Matt Haverkamp Foundation raises funds to provide police dogs to local police forces. Toys 4 Tots is a familiar charity supporting the Marine Corps holiday efforts. We will also be accepting toys that night.

This auction will be a cash/check pay only as it will enable you to write your check directly to the charity.

Auction items will be diverse, not just “Porsche” related. But, we will be offering some special items that just might be interesting to all!
